Terms and Conditions for Truly Seychelles

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the accommodation booking platform operated by Kolibri Business Services under the trademark Truly Seychelles ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing the Platform or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We encourage you ("Guest" or "you") to read them carefully.
Truly Seychelles offers a platform that allows guests to discover, compare, and book small authentic accommodations located in Seychelles.
We act solely as an intermediary between you ("Guest") and independent accommodation providers ("Establishments"). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we do not own, operate, or manage the accommodations listed on the Platform.
When you complete a booking, a direct and legally binding agreement is formed between you and the respective Establishment.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing inaccurate or misleading information.
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Truly Seychelles or the relevant Establishment.
Upon confirmation, a binding agreement is established directly between you and the Establishment.
All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise specified.
Prices, room availability, and accommodation details are subject to change prior to confirmation. While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors may occur.
Currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges may apply depending on your payment provider.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
By submitting your payment details, you authorise the total reservation amount for the selected accommodation.
We may collect payment on behalf of the Establishment.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in cases of:
Cancellation policies vary by Establishment and are clearly displayed during the booking process. It is your responsibility to review and understand the cancellation terms before confirming a reservation.
Requests to modify confirmed bookings (including changes to dates or special requests) must be arranged directly with the Establishment and are subject to their availability and policies.
Refund eligibility is determined by the Establishment's cancellation policy.
Refund processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and may take several business days.
As our guest, you agree to:
You are financially responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items during your stay. The Establishment may charge you directly for such costs.
Each Establishment listed on the Platform is independently responsible for:
Truly Seychelles does not control and cannot guarantee the performance of Establishments.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Guests may be invited to share feedback following their stay.
Reviews must reflect genuine personal experiences. We reserve the right to remove content that is misleading, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful.
Opinions expressed in reviews belong to the individual guest and do not necessarily reflect our views.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truly Seychelles shall not be liable for:
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the booking value paid through the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
Guests agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks.
In cases of fraudulent chargebacks, the Platform reserves the right to:
All content on the Platform — including logos, branding, text, images, and design elements — is the property of Truly Seychelles or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, Guests consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described therein.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles.
For consumers residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, mandatory local consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Seychelles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
