Cancellation and refund rights are primarily determined by the individual Establishment's cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
By confirming a booking, the Guest agrees to those terms.

Truly Seychelles does not independently guarantee refunds in such cases.
Guests agree to contact us before initiating any payment dispute.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of associated costs.
