Anse Major

Anse Major (or Anse Jasmin) This secluded beach can only be reached by boat trip or by hiking a very beautiful nature trail from Danzil on the most north-westerly point of Mahé. The walk to the beach and back takes around three hours, but many visitors prefer to take a picnic and spend at least half a day here. Anse Major has a large sandy beach and, to the rear, a small lagoon.
